Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Creamy Garlic Chicken & Crispy Potatoes
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, toss the cubed chicken breasts with half of the olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the russet potato cubes with the remaining olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Spread the seasoned chicken and potatoes out on a large baking sheet.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  6. Remove the dishes from the oven and drizzle Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce over the top.
  7. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the chicken and potatoes and return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes.
