Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all ingredients. Mince garlic, chop parsley, zest lemon, and prepare chicken.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet. Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic. Add mustard, paprika, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, and zest.
  4. Gradually add heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring until heated through.
  5. Slice the cooked chicken and toss with linguine and sauce. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water.
