- Trim the stems of the Brussels sprouts and slice each in half lengthwise, removing any wilted leaves.
- Combine Boursin cheese with a drizzle of olive oil in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Spread the Boursin cheese mixture in the bottom of the baking dish and press the halved Brussels sprouts into the mixture, cut side down.
