Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a 13×9 inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. Trim the stems of the Brussels sprouts and slice each in half lengthwise, removing any wilted leaves.
  3. Combine Boursin cheese with a drizzle of olive oil in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Spread the Boursin cheese mixture in the bottom of the baking dish and press the halved Brussels sprouts into the mixture, cut side down.
  5. Drizzle more olive oil over the tops and sprinkle with seasoning salt. Bake for 28-30 minutes until tender and crispy.
  6. Allow the Brussels sprouts to rest for 5-10 minutes then drizzle with spicy honey before serving.
