Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine 2 cups of fresh or frozen strawberries, ¼ cup of honey (or maple syrup), and ¼ cup of water. Blend on high until smooth.
  2. Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each almost to the top.
  3. Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.
  4. Transfer the molds to the freezer and let them freeze for 4 to 6 hours.
  5. Hold the molds under warm running water for about 10–15 seconds to loosen the popsicles.
  6. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 2–3 months.
