- In a blender, combine 2 cups of fresh or frozen strawberries, ¼ cup of honey (or maple syrup), and ¼ cup of water. Blend on high until smooth.
- Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each almost to the top.
- Insert popsicle sticks into the center of each mold.
- Transfer the molds to the freezer and let them freeze for 4 to 6 hours.
- Hold the molds under warm running water for about 10–15 seconds to loosen the popsicles.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 2–3 months.
