Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pork sausage and bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes until browned. Use a slotted spoon to drain excess fat.
  2. In a bowl, blend softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Mix in milk, eggs, ranch seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  3. Fold the cooked meats, hash browns, and 1 cup of cheddar cheese into the egg mixture until well combined.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and pour in the mixture. Top with remaining cheddar cheese.
