- In a large bowl, mix shredded rotisserie chicken with cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and milk. Stir in frozen mixed vegetables, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake uncovered for approximately 20 minutes until edges bubble and filling is hot.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle more cheddar cheese and French fried onions on top.
