Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Chicken by trimming excess fat and patting it dry.
  2. Layer a mixture of chopped mixed vegetables, onion, and minced garlic at the bottom of the crockpot.

  4. Pour low-sodium chicken broth over the chicken and vegetables.
