Step‑by‑Step Instructions
- Begin by peeling your firm, slightly underripe bananas. Slice them into uniform rounds, roughly 1/8 inch thick.
- Set your air fryer to 330°F (165°C) and preheat for about 3-5 minutes. Prepare your air fryer basket with cooking spray or parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine your chosen sugar with the cinnamon. Stir together until well blended.
- Gently toss the sliced bananas in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until evenly coated.
- Lay the coated banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Once the banana chips are golden, remove them and let them cool on a wire rack for 5-10 minutes.
