  3. In a small bowl, combine your chosen sugar with the cinnamon. Stir together until well blended.
  4. Gently toss the sliced bananas in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Lay the coated banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Once the banana chips are golden, remove them and let them cool on a wire rack for 5-10 minutes.
