- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Cream together softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and packed brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Fold into the butter mixture until just combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a small bowl, mix additional brown sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
