Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Mash 3 ripe bananas in a large bowl, add melted butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined, avoid overmixing.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan, sprinkle cinnamon-sugar mix on top, add remaining batter and swirl.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, check doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Prepare glaze by whisking powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
  8. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, transfer to a wire rack, and drizzle glaze over the top.
