- In the same pot, mash the drained potatoes until smooth. Mix in the milk, unsalted butter, and smoked gouda cheese until creamy.
- Transfer the marinated chicken thighs to a baking dish and bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
