Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by cooking your crispy fries according to the package instructions.
  2. While the fries are baking, heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken fillets generously with salt and pepper on both sides. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until a lovely golden crust forms.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked, transfer it to a plate and keep it warm. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  4. Next, pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a gentle simmer. Stir in freshly grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, allow it to thicken for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Return the cooked chicken fillets to the skillet, letting them simmer in the sauce for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Plate your crispy fries alongside the creamy chicken fillets, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
