Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients and equipment: a baking dish, mixing bowls, and a fork.
  2. Drizzle olive oil onto chicken breasts and rub it evenly. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Arrange in baking dish.
  3. Bake chicken for 20–25 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Enjoy the aroma filling your kitchen!
  4. While the chicken cooks, slice avocados, mash them with lime juice until smooth to prevent browning.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix ranch dressing and sour cream until combined; set aside.
  6. Once chicken is cooked, cool slightly and shred into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds until soft.
  8. Spread ranch mixture on each tortilla, layer with chicken, mashed avocado, shredded cheeses, lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro.
  9. Carefully fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll from the bottom up to form burritos.
  10. Serve warm with extra ranch dressing on the side.

Notes

For best results, use ripe avocados. Warming tortillas makes them pliable, preventing tearing during assembly. Customize burritos with additional ingredients like jalapeños for extra flavor.
