Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your mixing bowl and prepare your ingredients.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape a handful of the mixture into a small meatball, about the size of a golf ball, making a hollow center for the cheese.
  4. Insert a generous piece of cheddar cheese into the hollow center of each meatball and seal the meat around the cheese.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place formed meatloaf bites on it, ensuring space between them.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden and cheese is bubbling. Ensure internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
