- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your mixing bowl and prepare your ingredients.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Shape a handful of the mixture into a small meatball, about the size of a golf ball, making a hollow center for the cheese.
- Insert a generous piece of cheddar cheese into the hollow center of each meatball and seal the meat around the cheese.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place formed meatloaf bites on it, ensuring space between them.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden and cheese is bubbling. Ensure internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Remove from oven and let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
