- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add 1 pound of ground beef to the hot skillet. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring until browned.
- Stir in 1 chopped onion and 2 minced garlic cloves. Cook for another 3–4 minutes until translucent.
- Mix in 4 cups of diced potatoes, 1 teaspoon of salt, ½ teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and 1 teaspoon of dried oregano. Toss together for 1 minute.
