Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix in both types of shredded cheese—mozzarella and cheddar—along with the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and chopped parsley. Blend everything together until the mixture is well combined and creamy.
- Lay your large flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Place about one-quarter of the filling mixture in the center of each tortilla, and if desired, add chopped fresh vegetables like baby spinach or sliced tomatoes.
- Carefully fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom to secure the filling. Ensure each wrap is compact for easy handling.
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic until well combined. Using a brush, generously coat the outside of each wrap with the garlic butter mixture.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Once hot, place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet, allowing them to toast for about 2-3 minutes or until they turn golden brown. Carefully flip the wraps and toast the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
- Once toasted to perfection, remove the Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps from the skillet and let them cool for a minute. Slice each wrap in half for easy serving, then plate them with your favorite dipping sauce.
