- Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to a medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
- In a small mixing bowl, combine melted light butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture all over the husked corn to ensure every bite is flavorful.
- Sprinkle reduced-fat Parmesan cheese evenly over the buttered corn.
- Place the corn on the preheated grill and close the lid. Grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning every few minutes until tender and slightly charred.
- Remove the corn from the grill and garnish with fresh chopped parsley and optional red pepper flakes. Serve immediately while hot.
