Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to a medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine melted light butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Brush the garlic butter mixture all over the husked corn to ensure every bite is flavorful.
  4. Sprinkle reduced-fat Parmesan cheese evenly over the buttered corn.
  5. Place the corn on the preheated grill and close the lid. Grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning every few minutes until tender and slightly charred.
  6. Remove the corn from the grill and garnish with fresh chopped parsley and optional red pepper flakes. Serve immediately while hot.
