Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked crab meat, shrimp, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Lay out your flour tortillas, placing 2-3 tablespoons of filling in the center of each. Fold the sides and roll tightly to seal.
  3. In a deep skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Test temperature with a small piece of tortilla; it should sizzle immediately.
  4. Gently lower tortilla bombs into the hot oil, frying for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
