Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions, about 3-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine marinara sauce, heavy cream, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  5. In your baking dish, combine the tortellini, ground beef, and sauce. Stir until evenly coated.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  7. Bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden.
