Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil over high heat. Add rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Toss in the diced chicken, seasoning with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.
  3. In the same skillet, pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually whisk in 1 cup of Parmesan cheese until fully melted, creating a smooth sauce. Stir in 1 cup of mozzarella cheese until melted.
