- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 ½ cups of graham cracker crumbs, ½ cup of melted unsalted butter, and ¼ cup of sugar. Press into the bottom of the dish and bake for 10 minutes.
- Blend 16 ounces of softened cream cheese, ¾ cup of granulated sugar, ½ cup of sour cream, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until smooth. Incorporate 2 eggs one at a time.
