Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil and place a wire rack over it for extra crispiness.
- Dry your chicken wings using paper towels thoroughly. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
- In the bowl, add olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and optional cayenne. Toss the wings to coat evenly.
- Spread the marinated wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet or rack.
- Roast for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- While wings are roasting, melt butter in a small pan over low heat, add minced garlic, and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Transfer finished wings to a mixing bowl, pour the garlic butter over them, and toss gently.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot with your favorite dips.

Notes
Ensure the wings are completely dried for the best crispy result. For deeper flavor, marinate overnight if possible.
