Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Cheese: Cut fresh mozzarella into 1-inch cubes and set aside.
  2. Wrap with Bacon: Crumble cooked bacon and wrap it around each mozzarella cube.
  3. Mix the Chicken Filling: Combine ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and half of the buffalo sauce in a bowl.
  4. Form the Bombs: Encasing the bacon-wrapped mozzarella cube with the chicken mixture, roll into a tight ball.
  5. Coat the Bombs: Roll each bomb in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Cook the Bombs: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry the bombs for about 5–6 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Finish & Serve: Drain on paper towels, drizzle with buffalo sauce, and serve warm.
