Cooking Instructions
  1. Prepare the seasoning mix by combining paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ground thyme, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry and rub the seasoning mix generously on both sides.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  4. Cook the salmon skin-side down for about 4-5 minutes until crispy. Flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  5. In the final minute, add butter to the skillet and spoon it over the fillets.
  6. Remove from skillet, drizzle with lemon juice, and garnish with parsley before serving.
