  • 1 cup Blueberries Fresh or frozen can be used.

Step-By-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your madeleine pan.
  2. Whisk together all-purpose flour, almond flour, granulated sugar, dried culinary lavender, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Combine almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  4. Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients, mixing gently until smooth.
  5. Fold in blueberries carefully.
  6. Fill each madeleine mold about 3/4 full with batter.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until edges are golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
