  2. Place the cherry tomatoes in an ovenproof dish, drizzle with the garlic-balsamic mixture, and season with sea salt and pepper.
  3. Roast the tomatoes in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until blistered and soft.
  4. Toast the sourdough bread slices to your desired crispiness and let cool slightly before spreading hummus.
  5. Spread approximately one tablespoon of hummus onto each slice of toasted bread.
  6. Top each slice with a generous helping of the roasted tomatoes.
  7. Optional: Sprinkle sunflower seeds and fresh herbs over the toast before serving.
