- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Halve the pears lengthwise and remove the cores. Brush cut sides with olive oil or melted butter.
- Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the cut sides of the pears and arrange cut-side up in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until tender.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with feta cheese and cranberries. The heat will melt the feta slightly.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with fresh thyme if desired. Serve warm.
