Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the Italian sub rolls in half lengthwise and arrange cut side up on the baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, melt the unsalted butter and whisk in garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the seasoned butter mixture on the cut sides of the rolls.
  5. Layer the sandwich fillings with salami, ham, pepperoni, mozzarella, and provolone on the bottom halves of the rolls.
  6. Top with grated Parmesan cheese, roasted red peppers, black olives, and banana peppers.
