Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- Unroll the thawed sheet of puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 12 equal squares. Press each square into the muffin cups.
- Fill each pastry cup with a cube of brie, then top with about ½ teaspoon of cranberry sauce. Sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown. The puff pastry should rise and the brie should melt.
- Let cool for a few minutes and garnish with a sprig of rosemary before serving.
