  • 1 sheet puff pastry Thaw before use.
For the Filling
  • 4 oz brie cheese Cut into 12 cubes; camembert is a good substitute.
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce Consider adding orange zest for extra flavor.
For the Crunch
  • 2 tbsp candied pecans Chopped; can substitute with walnuts or omit.
For the Garnish
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs Optional; can use thyme or parsley.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Unroll the thawed sheet of puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 12 equal squares. Press each square into the muffin cups.
  3. Fill each pastry cup with a cube of brie, then top with about ½ teaspoon of cranberry sauce. Sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown. The puff pastry should rise and the brie should melt.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes and garnish with a sprig of rosemary before serving.
