Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9-inch pie dish or an 8×8-inch baking dish with a light coating of oil or cooking spray.
  3. Blend the cottage cheese in a food processor for about 30 seconds until smooth. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
  4. Whisk together the eggs in a large bowl until well combined, about 1-2 minutes. Fold in the blended cottage cheese.
  5. Fold in the Parmesan cheese, fresh chives, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Optionally, sprinkle additional paprika and chives on top.
  7. Bake for 15-17 minutes until the edges are set and the center jiggles slightly.
  8. Let cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
