  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs Finely crushed
  • 1/2 cup Butter Melted
Cheesecake Filling
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Sugar Granulated
  • 2 large Eggs Room temperature
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Pure
Apple Layer
  • 3 cups Apples Peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
Streusel Topping
  • 1/2 cup Old-Fashioned Oats
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1/4 cup Butter Melted

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well blended. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Toss sliced apples with cinnamon and flour in a bowl. Layer the apples over the cheesecake filling.
  5. Combine oats, brown sugar, and flour in a bowl. Add melted butter and mix until crumbly. Sprinkle over the apple layer.
  6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until the topping is golden brown and the cheesecake layer is set with a slight jiggle.
  7. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack before slicing into bars.
