- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Gather your ingredients and a 10-inch oven-safe skillet.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together 4 large eggs until frothy. Gradually incorporate 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of flour, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in your skillet over medium heat. Add 2 cups of sliced apples, 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Sauté for about 5 minutes until tender.
